Relational Accompaniment Laboratory is the core of innovation and design of methodologies, resources, experiences, programs and interventions of the Relational Institute.

Deploying the Relational Evolution Model seeks to understand how people, organizations and companies build ways of managing relations with their environment.

APPLICATIONS

Relational Accompaniment Laboratory aims to make practical and transferable contributions to accompany people, teams and organizations to evolutionary success.

INNOVATION AND NEW METHODOLOGIES

We develop tools that help evaluate the relational experience. We implement criteria, approach and direction to facilitate quality relationships and a flexible, sustainable and healthy evolution.

RELATIONAL COMPETENCIES

We identify and develop skills and resources to live in a healthy way and to focus on our own goals and values. Through Relational Coaching, we promote action from the bond, the validation of strengths and commitment.

RELATIONAL SPACES

We generate the exchange of multiple disciplines by organizing different formats of conferences, interviews and meetings among professionals. We build a relational society based on complementarity and mutual recognition.
