Personalized relational support a people with team or service coordination responsibilities. We work on the exploration and validation of strengths, generating a commitment to development and relational and professional evolution.
RELATIONAL MANAGEMENT OF ASSISTANCE TEAMS
We accompany care teams to measure the experience, coherence and values of routine clinical practice. We facilitate processes and procedures that generate healthy relational networks and guide practice towards agreements and conflict prevention.
PERSONALIZED SUPPORT TO THE PATIENT
We design plans to improve Relational Quality in routine clinical practices. Through Relational Coaching we facilitate the adherence of patients to their treatments from co-responsibility, empowering them and turning them into a contributing agent.
