We work to improve relational quality.
The Relational Institute was founded in 2010 in response to three key insights from our professional practice:
1. The quality of relationships determines the actual efficiency of procedures, systems, and technology.
2. In any organizational evolution process, the bonds established with projects and among professionals shape their feasibility.
3. Recognition is the fundamental relational act: it allows us to see the needs of others and to be seen, so we can fulfill our purpose.
Our team is built on three principles: singularity, diversity, and complementarity. Every member of the Relational Institute brings unique strengths, diverse backgrounds, and distinct competencies, ensuring the variety needed to provide comprehensive responses to highly complex demands. We work together and complement one another.
