Relational Education School focuses on educational links, relationships created through education and recognition pedagogy, in order to develop the capacity to self-recognize and recognize other people with strengths and singularities.
The emotion of being recognized by other people, just as we are, leads us towards the motivation and joy of knowing and sharing. Emotion nourishes learning, for that reason, the work of the Relational Education School promotes:
As the development of relational skills necessary to work on the 10 keys on which the Relational Education proposal is based. We seek for impacting the benefit of the entire educational community and for consolidating teachers as Educational Relational Referents.
Development of a diagnostic tool (EDUR) to assess the quality of relationships amongst teachers, students and management team.
PERSONALIZED EDUCATIONAL ACCOMPANIMENT
As the creation of our own method (ARP-Education), an innovative tool for individual and group accompaniment (tutoring/mentoring). We make it easier for the student to live and understand their relationship networks, addressing situations that hinder development, socialization and learning.

Relational education starts from recognition, the act that allows us to exist and make others exist. Relational education invites to look, see, recognize and act in coherence. This is how we can live the experience of being unique, while, at the same time, be part of the others, so that we can complement each other with others's strengths, feel safe and loved.

ACCOMPANIMENT TO EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT TEAMS
We accompany management teams of educational centers and institutions in processes of change and transformation, incorporating a language of recognition that recognizes them as educational relational referents.
This group tutoring program allows teenagers and young people to connect with their strengths and singularities, in order to define their challenges. It has been designed from the framework of Social Education to create a high level of participation and group cohesion that allows participants to experience change.
RELATIONAL EDUCATION QUESTIONNAIRE
Self-diagnosis tool created with the aim of measuring relational quality in the usual educational school practice.
The purpose is to evaluate relational experience in educational institutions, and thus, raise awareness in order to define and reach where they want to be.
