CRITERIA

Recognizing the other person makes listening easier.

Listening will allow us to know the need of the other person and how they see things.

Conversations should be prepared considering the content and the expected result, without using them to try to convince or judge who is right or wrong.

Depending on how we feel, we act. By identifying our emotion we can regulate it to facilitate conversations and agreements.

If we stop judging the other person we will be able to listen to them and understand what they say.

To agree we must give ourselves time and believe that it is already a success to reach small agreements that can be accomplished.

Propose actions that consider a high willingness from each person involved, a low level of difficulty for execution, a short time to be developed and a safe environment.

We must confirm that the agreement has been understood in the same way by everyone.

Controversies must be addressed to prevent them from becoming entrenched or generating a conflict.

With language we generate realities: positive language, positive realities.
