Relational Quality Center understands that there are relationship models that hinder and others that facilitate the achievement of personal and professional challenges, generating a direct consequence in the sustainability and evolution of organizations.
Relational Quality Center evaluates and develops relationship models that allow the evolution of organizational projects, as well as the personal and professional development of people and teams.
KNOWING AND IMPROVING RELATIONAL QUALITY
We evaluate through systems and indicators the factors that determine the quality of the internal and external relations in an organization. The aim is improving relational quality, reducing the elements that make it difficult to reach challenges and objectives.
FROM LEADERS TO RELATIONAL REFERENTS
We expand the relational competencies of professionals with leadership responsibilities so that they can be recognized as referents in their work environment. We help to build a culture and make relations evolve to enforce professional and personal development.
