In the healthcare field, we work along three main lines:

  • High-efficiency care teams that strengthen relationships between professionals, patients, and families

  • The program “From Clinic to Management,” which supports professionals transitioning into leadership roles

  • The Care Coherence Index by Values, which helps teams align their clinical practices with core care values.

Laboratory of care quality and relational quality

Relational quality in healthcare is a desirable attribute for all professionals, regardless of their specialty, personal and group perspective, level of experience or hierarchical level. It is also a desirable attribute for patients and their families, as well as for other stakeholders.
