Social organizations are fundamental to the functioning of society and to dignify the lives of the most vulnerable groups. From the proximity, they act sustaining daily life, defending rights and making visible those who the system tends to invisibilize.
At the Instituto Relacional we believe that recognition is a key element to transform social reality. We accompany social organizations so that they can generate healthier work environments, stronger bonds and practices that are more coherent with their mission. We do this with a relational and systemic view, attending to both people and the structures that surround them.
CONÉCTATE
Mentoring for young people and adolescents
CONÉCTATE is an mentoring program aimed at young people and adolescents. We apply the Relational Evolution Model with the purpose of offering tools and resources that help them identify their uniqueness and connect with their own strengths. In addition, we support them in identifying those key people who can bring them closer to the life and professional goals they set for themselves.

It is time to act with courage, defiance, dialogue and understanding; to create a culture of relationships based on the recognition and legitimacy of all people; and to evolve as human beings by cooperating and repairing the environmental damage to the planet Earth that hosts us.
